The event will focus on OHV safety awareness and will feature a special performance from the world-famous Sundance Dog Team, a frightful demonstration by rattlesnake handler Henry Lundsford, and a family-fun Poker Run.

Please join us at Jawbone Station on September 2, 2010, at 11:00 am for a groundbreaking ceremony for the Station expansion project.  Special guests will include BLM Desert District Manager Teri Raml and Friends of Jawbone co-founder and Kern County Supervisor Don Maben.  On this day, the long awaited expansion of the Jawbone Station Visitors Center will leap from the drawing board on to the ground.
