2023 California OHV Grant Applications Open for Public Review
The Friends of Jawbone is inviting the public to comment on its preliminary grant application to the California State Parks Off-Highway Motor Vehicle (OHMVR) Division to help manage off-highway vehicle recreation opportunities on public lands.
This year’s grant applications include funding requested for Ground Operations, Restoration, and Education projects.
The preliminary application is available on the OHMVR Division’s Website at ohv.parks.ca.gov for review and comment from Tuesday March 7, 2023 to May 1, 2023. The division’s website provides detailed instructions for accessing the preliminary application submitting comments. Applicant names are found in the General Application Requirements under item 3.
The OLGA (Online Grants Application) database allows the public to read preliminary applications in a centralized location and the Grants and Cooperative program allows for a public review and comment period.
This article will run from February 28, 2023 to May 1, 2023 to allow for public comments…
